Last week, RuneScape: Dragonwilds made a big splash, climbing to the second spot in Steam’s highest-grossing games. Since its launch on April 15th, the game has captivated players, hitting a peak of 52,641 concurrent users, as reported by SteamDB. This new addition from Jagex is certainly turning heads in the gaming community.
Meanwhile, Counter-Strike 2 held onto its position as the top earner on Steam for yet another week. This shift nudged Schedule 1 down to third place following the impressive debut of RuneScape: Dragonwilds. The ever-popular Steam Deck maintained its standing at number four.
The action RPG Last Epoch made an impressive leap, surging 76 places to secure fifth, thanks to the excitement surrounding its second season of content. On the other hand, the co-op horror sensation REPO held steady in the sixth position.
Turning to Marvel Rivals, its popularity dipped slightly, falling four spots to seventh. In contrast, Baldur’s Gate 3 from Larian climbed one spot, largely due to a continued discount enticing players on Steam.
Closing the list at tenth is Tempest Rising, a spiritual successor to Command and Conquer, which managed to make an entrance despite encountering some technical hurdles at its launch.
