Oh man, so I was just kind of minding my own business, thinking about Amazon Prime Day, you know, the usual stuff — and then, bam! Out of nowhere, it hits me: Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart World is a thing again. Apparently, ShopTo in the UK has these back up for grabs. It was like running into an old friend, sorta unexpected and you don’t really know how to feel about it.
Now, it’s not like we’re talking discounts raining from the sky or anything, but still — coughs, clears throat — let’s talk numbers: the Switch 2 itself is nearly £400 if you buy it solo. And Mario Kart World? That’s another £60. But bundle them up, and you’re looking at not having to sell a kidney. Argos joins the fun too, tossing that bundle at you for £429.99.
Yeah, so — where was I? Right, the Switch 2. It’s all about its fancy new 1080p screen this time around. Bigger, they say. And plugging it into your TV gives you up to 4K gameplay, which is kind of mind-blowing if you think about it. Also, throw in HDR, VRR, and possibly even 120 fps. Not bad, huh? Those specs are like candy for console lovers.
