Remember 2023, when they released, like, a 4-star every month? This year, nada. Well, not quite “nada,” but you get my drift. We’re talking Gallagher, Misha, Moze, and March 7th’s The Hunt version. At least they fit into the story nicely. Stories need fitting people, you know? But still, it’s the principle of the thing.

Maybe they think newbies will just keep trying their luck on these Warp banners for the ‘big guns’, as they work on building their teams. Granted, some 4-stars like Tingyun or Gallagher, those guys can pack a punch, often complementing their 5-star pals, but who’s counting?
Question is—are 4-stars placeholders, or what? Cause they do keep dishing them out during events for free. It’s like the universe’s way of saying, “Chill out, player, have a 4-star, on us.” Helps with leveling up those Eidolon levels, I suppose. But people? They want fresh faces! More variety! It’s human nature, after all.
